Everyone knows what they need to finish.

PropOS assigns documents, checks, signatures and payment to the responsible renter, co-applicant, company, director or authorised signatory.

Individual, joint and company application responsibilities in PropOS.

The application type sets the responsibilities.

Individual

The primary renter completes the required details, documents, declarations, signature and payment for that property.

Joint

The primary renter and each co-applicant complete their assigned requirements. Submission waits until every required part is ready.

Company

Company documents remain separate from the identity, authority and signatures required from active directors or authorised signatories.

Submission waits for the whole application.

Readiness includes every required participant, document, declaration, signature and payment. Joint and company applications stay incomplete until each assigned part is finished.

Every requirement has an owner.

Each participant can see the requirements assigned to them.
