How access, fees and decisions work.

What does renter access include?

Active access covers participating applications, a reusable renter profile, common documents, and application status. See Pricing for the current fee.

When is the professional fee due?

There is no upfront property professional platform fee. The platform fee becomes due after a lease is executed from an application started through PropOS.

Does PropOS decide who gets the property?

No. PropOS prepares information for review. The property professional and owner remain responsible for the decision.
